IQMS Continues Record Growth in
First Half of 2017

New product and service offerings, expanded product development facilities, and new partnerships support growing base of manufacturing ERP customers worldwide

PASO ROBLES, CALIF. – August 31, 2017 – IQMS, a leading manufacturing ERP software and manufacturing execution system (MES) authority announced that the company has continued to recognize record growth in the first seven months of 2017. Fueled by customers’ demand for IQMS’s manufacturing-centric enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, the company has seen its deal sizes increase, exceeding $1 million at the top end. IQMS is now on track to achieve 25% year-on-year growth over 2016.

A rising appreciation for the role of MES in modernizing manufacturing has expanded the number of businesses turning to IQMS. At the same time, the company’s continued investment in empowering manufacturers to optimize their operations also contributed to IQMS’s growth. In 2017, investments have included new product and service offerings, expanded product development facilities, and new partnerships with solutions providers. The success of these efforts was recognized in a series of technology reports and business awards in 2017.

“We have made it our mission to help manufacturers meet their financial, quality, and service-level goals through our leadership in delivering manufacturing-centric ERP software along with the supporting solutions and services that these customers need to compete in the global market,” said Gary Nemmers, IQMS CEO. “As a result, we are seeing more manufacturers worldwide turn to our IQMS system, which incorporates native MES functionality and single database approach to ERP, to run their businesses.”

Commitment to Manufacturing Customer Success

In 2017, IQMS’s commitment to maximizing its manufacturing customers’ success has included several key developments.

IQMS EDI VAN Services, the new hosted electronic data interchange (EDI) value-added network (VAN) services offer a secure, reliable backbone for the connectivity, transport and integration of electronic business transactions. IQMS EDI VAN Services provide state-of-the-art performance and functionality while offering affordable pricing and ensuring that manufacturers can get up and running quickly and easily. The services are available to all customers, whether their IQMS system is deployed on-premises or hosted by IQMS in the cloud.

IQMS Enterprise Support is the new, highest level support offering for manufacturing customers of all sizes that want to maximize the value of their IQMS system. It features a technical account manager dedicated to helping each manufacturer optimize use of IQMS solutions and services. Additionally, it includes 24/7 phone support, an onsite business assessment, and credits that can be used for advanced education and other remote services.

IQMS Product Development Facilities have expanded with the opening of a 30-person office in Pleasanton, California, which provides an agile environment for developing MES and shop floor automation solutions that take advantage of the Internet of Things (IoT) and other enabling technologies. The move comes as more manufacturers are seeking to implement Industry 4.0 best practices to build and operate manufacturing facilities that compete in the global market.

Expanded Partnerships provide important channels for serving manufacturing customers in North America, the United Kingdom, and European Union, including most recently Arisoft and Proximity. Arisoft has extended its partnership from a service provider to becoming a full reseller of IQMS products and services in Canada. Proximity, a new IQMS partner, delivers software solutions and applications for companies across the UK and Ireland.
