Preparing for the 2010 IQMS User Group

IQMS User Group is Tuesday, November 9  through Thursday, November 11, 2010.  Below is a helpful list to assist in planning for your attendance.  While this list is by no means the only things that need to be done it is a good starting point.  If you have any other suggestions, please contact usergroup@iqms.com

Register for User Group
Receive and review pre-registration packet mailed by IQMS
Review detailed User Group agenda for sessions of interest
Contact Paris Hotel, via link on IQMS website, to book hotel rooms at a discounted rate
Make travel arrangements (airline, driving, other)
Reserve car service or shuttle service for airport transfers, if needed. (See registration packet for information on transportation.)
Sign up for meal-time networking sessions*
Sign up for one-on-one module demonstrations**
Submit any Software Change Requests (SCRs), that you want discussed at User Group, via Community Server

*Networking Sessions allow more in depth, focused discussions with other users that share similar interests, responsibilities, and challenges. Sessions will be held during breakfast or lunch, for those with the same or similar job titles, geographic location, manufacturing industry and manufacturing type.

**IQMS will be offering one on one product demonstrations during the user group. Each personalized demo will allow customers to view additional modules and discuss features and benefits based on your specific requirements and goals. (Note: One on One product demos are intended to provide information on additional EnterpriseIQ modules you are considering purchasing. As a result these session are only for modules that you currently do NOT own.)
