Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility
The Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) feature in IQMS Quality provides the user with the necessary tools to conduct Measurement System Analysis to assess the accuracy of gages and operators in measuring parameters. The Gage R&R feature in IQMS Quality uses the Average and Range Method as detailed in the Automotive Industry Action Group's (AIAG) Measurement System Analysis manual.

Gage Calibration
The Gage Calibration feature in the IQMS Quality system allows users to track and maintain records of all gage calibrations, whether done in-house or outsourced. Enter measurements before and after a gage is calibrated, track costs, and create user-defined fields and lists to record additional information.
