IQMS' RealTime Process Monitoring gathers machine performance and process data at the PLC level in real-time, as it is happening on the plant floor, and delivers it directly into the EnterpriseIQ manufacturing software. No batch interfaces. No costly and cumbersome third party, SCADA,or other batch software integration. Unlimited process data parameters can be captured, viewed and analyzed as the parts are being produced. The result is unprecedented data visibility and traceability – and it is all automatic and at a reasonable cost.

The hands-off data capture and analysis with EnterpriseIQ Process Monitoring can be achieved on any device or machine with data communication capability such as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).  Users define which performance and measurement parameters to capture for each item or tooling configuration, thus providing flexibility to gather unique, job specific statistics.

• IP based communication utilizing wired or wireless Ethernet.  Devices requiring RS232 communication protocol are supported by automatically converting to Ethernet.
  
  
• Simplified configuration setup automatically identifies which machine/device information is available to capture. Ability to capture data based on cycle or time intervals.
  
  
• Data can be viewed directly or SPC parameters can be established for specific requirements and associated work center capabilities to allow automatic data collection and auto-population to SPC charts and graphs.
  
  
• SPC ASQ run rules can be applied in SPC to view process trends and control processes before they exceed specification limits.  Alert notifications include visual and/or text notification.
  
  
• Web based data access allows monitoring of specific work center process performance from any computer on your network or hand-held/PDA devices.
  
  
• Data is stored by part number, work order and lot number with drill down capability to view additional job details and maintain complete traceability for your customers.
  
  
• Setup parameters can be downloaded, stored and then uploaded to the work center to simplify the setup process.
  
  
• Powerful user defined graphs, gages and reports provide accurate and instantaneous feedback on critical parameters such as pressures, product dimensions, weight, fill rate, total parts created, production time, downtime, rejects and parts remaining to be produced, and any other parameter that the device can provide.
