Manufacturing and Production Voice Alert System

Automatically announce real-time production and manufacturing information over a plant's PA system. When integrated with the IQMS Manufacturing and RealTime machine monitoring software, IQVoice alerts employees and management automatically when any user-defined condition occurs. This frees plant managers or monitoring staff from the need to constantly check production information from their computers or machine monitors, thus allowing for more cost-efficient and proactive plant management.

IQVoice will automatically make an announcement over the plant's PA system when the following conditions occur:

• Job overrunning. Eliminates costly overruns.

• Machine running too fast or too slow. Sometimes too fast is a bad thing - and too slow can back up production.

• Material change pending. Get the next material ready before the previous job is complete, eliminating unproductive idle time.

• Unauthorized down time. A machine scheduled to be down is OK, but unauthorized down time is costly.
