InterCompany Transactions

The InterCompany Transaction module, allows multi-plant companies to achieve unified scheduling and distribution across all facilities, quickly and easily. With comprehensive distribution and eKanban functionality, this module enables synchronized, web-based control of just-in-time transactions across multiple facilities and even subsidiaries. A user-friendly, three-step process is used to initiate transactions, and the module can be configured to meet the specific and changing demands of any enterprise, making lean, multi-plant operations as easy to achieve as 1-2-3.

  • Greater visibility of inventory in-transit between company locations

    • Creates Ship Orders for the items to be transferred

    • Shipments made using the standard Pick Ticket/Packing Slip and BOL modules

    • Receipts are processed through the inter-company PO Rreceiving module

    • Aaccounting transactions are generated automatically

  • eKanban triggers for both manufactured and purchased items.

    • Enables users to set up trigger points for items used at one location and supplied by another
