IQMS PROMOTES GLENN NOWAK TO VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
New Role Taps Nowak’s Expertise to Expand Sales Worldwide

Paso Robles, California, March 22, 2006 – IQMS, a leader in the design and development of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, announced that Glenn Nowak has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. Nowak’s new role will draw on his expertise and more than 20 years experience in consulting, software sales, training and implementation to oversee and expand the company’s international and domestic sales. Nowak has been with IQMS over eight years, and served as the company’s North American sales manager for the last five years, during which time IQMS averaged 22 percent sales growth per year and increased its customer base by 40 percent.

Nowak will directly oversee the IQMS North American sales staff, coordinate sales activities with IQMS affiliates in Europe and Asia, and expand the company’s presence in Central and South America. Nowak will also look to build a more comprehensive sales network for IQMS by growing the company’s sales force in the United States as well as rolling out successful sales techniques used in the United States to IQMS sales offices internationally.

IQMS recently built the 30,000 sq. ft. facility to accommodate its growth, and will celebrate the facility’s opening at an open house on Friday, March 24th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Nowak, as well as company president, Randy Flamm, will be present at the open house to greet friends, customers, local government officials and the media.
