IQMS Again Recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Technology Companies in the United States
Following placement on the Inc. 5000 list, the Technology 200 list confirms IQMS as a top revenue-producing company in the technology industry
PASO ROBLES, CALIF. – Nov. 1, 2011 –IQMS, a leader in the design and development of manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, today announced it has been ranked on Lead411’s Technology 200 list as one of the fastest growing private technology companies in America. Based on percentage revenue growth, IQMS listed at No. 178 with a three-year organic sales growth of 13 percent.
From among more than 600 nation-wide applicants, the technology list was narrowed down to the top 200 across multiple diverse industries including software, hardware, Internet, media, advertising, wireless, telecom, IT services, eCommerce and consulting. Now in its second year, the Tech 200 list was whittled down from a 500 company list last year to only the cream of the crop in 2011.
“Everyone’s got a top 500 list. But we wanted to see how the top 200 fared,” said Tom Blue, founder of Lead411 and the Technology 200 list. “The higher up the list you go, the more trends you see in terms of what’s helping these brands succeed.”
As part of the Tech 200 application, companies were asked to participate in a survey. Among answers about marketing spend and the return on investment were a few promising highlights for the future: Sixty percent of the companies on the list have never received investor funding and 71.5 percent of the companies on the Tech 200 list think the future is poised for recovery.
“Like a majority of the companies on the Tech 200 list, IQMS has never received outside investment funding,” said Glenn Nowak, vice president at IQMS. “Our organic sales growth, backed by a powerful product, collaborative customer base and talented staff, have helped us succeed in an otherwise difficult economy. We are excited to see what 2012 has in store.”
