Seamless Partnership Enhances Financial Reporting in EnterpriseIQ

Paso Robles, CA May 16, 2008 -IQMS, a leader in the design and development of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, today announced its technology partnership with Global Software, Inc., the number one provider of Microsoft Excel-based automation and analysis tools. IQMS will now integrate Global's flagship spreadsheet application, Spreadsheet Server, into their general ledger application. The new IQMS product will be called EnterpriseIQ Spreadsheet Server.

The addition of Spreadsheet Server will allow IQMS's clients to retrieve "live" general ledger data from the Excel environment in their existing IQMS financial software package. Global Software's spreadsheet automation technology will bring the familiarity of Excel to the fingertips of IQMS EnterpriseIQ accounting users.
