PASO ROBLES, CA - February 1, 2010 -- IQMS, an innovator in the design and development of manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing software, today announced its 2009 year review. Despite a remarkably tough economy, IQMS made gains in several areas, including posting double digit profits that will position the company for continued growth in 2010. With expansion in the Europe and Southeast Asia markets, escalated development in all areas of software, further utilization of the Automation Group, victories in various industry and technology awards and an increase in overall user and machine licenses, IQMS had a strong presence in last year.

EnterpriseIQ ERP and Manufacturing Software Enhancements and Expansion of Customer Support Technology

Last year, IQMS released a new version of its flagship product, EnterpriseIQ, which included more than 900 customer-driven enhancements. The company debuted a series of high profile solutions that expand the reach of the ERP and Manufacturing Software to shop floor equipment, including: RackTruck, a customized ERP solution that combines inventory scanning forklift mounted monitors and stocking location mapping for manufacturers; and Signature Capture, an application that employs electronic tablets to store handwritten signatures within the ERP system and allows companies to track transactions across the entire enterprise and supply chain.

Also launched was the IQMS Community Server Web 2.0 application, which enables customers to shape future software development and provide feedback from the entire customer base to the submitting company. With IQMS Community Server, customers can see the development cycle of ERP enhancements and have up-to-date information on their own idea submissions as well as the submissions by other companies.

Internationally, IQMS opened its United Kingdom office in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, providing a direct sales and support channel to UK manufacturing businesses and enhancing customer service for existing customers in the region. IQMS also introduced a new channel partner program in India to deliver EnterpriseIQ ERP and IQMS' renowned customer reputation to manufacturers while providing local resources for additional support and education.
