IQMS CELEBRATES 25% REVENUE INCREASE FOR 2005
Strong ERP Systems Sales Contribute to Overall Growth

Paso Robles, California, January 30, 2006 - IQMS, a leader in the design and development of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, today announced that the company experienced record breaking growth throughout 2005 to end the year with a 25% revenue gain. This increase follows the company's 20% revenue growth from 2004 and a 15% increase in 2003. Overall momentum for 2005 was driven in part by a 30% increase in new licensing to companies such as Hy-Ten Plastics in Milford, NH, KI Industries Inc., in Berkeley, IL., and Glazpart Limited, in Oxfordshire, UK.

With over 25% of annual growth in 2004 coming from outside the U.S., IQMS expanded its international reach and service in 2005 with the launch of IQMS Europe in September and the formation of IQMS Asia in February. The company is now well positioned to gain future growth through software sales, implementation and service to manufacturing customers worldwide.

IQMS enhanced its already comprehensive enterprise software solution, EnterpriseIQ, in 2005 to include hundreds of new features and expanded functionality.
