Nomination Summary:

Gill Industries’ plant floor layout was not conducive to material and product flow and presented safety hazards.  Before embarking on its IQMS ERP software implementation, Gill needed to revamp the layout of its shop floor.  Once the transformation was complete, Gill began the IQMS ERP implementation, which utilized the new flow for inventory locations and movement that provided accurate, real-time information throughout the organization.
