IQMS has been ranked by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. Mar-Bal Saves Over $270,000 and Gains 5000 Machine Hours with IQMS

Since 1970, Mar-Bal has engineered and manufactured quality, customized materials and parts for the appliance, electrical, transportation and industrial marketplaces from its four facilities in North America. As Mar-Bal expanded and increased manufacturing activity, their existing ERP system could no longer keep up with the agility of their operations.

After an extensive search for an ERP solution that could provide extensive functionality and support multiple manufacturing types, Mar-Bal selected IQMS. IQMS Customer in NPR Spotlight as the Future of American Manufacturing

The success of IQMS customer Thogus Products in Avon Lake, Ohio was recently featured in an NPR broadcast on the future of American manufacturing. Taking over the company in late 2008, Matt Hlavin turned the focus to employee skills, technology and services as a way to succeed in a crumbling economy. In just two short years of its transformation, Thogus revenues have more than doubled

“It’s a Burger King economy,” says Hlavin. “It’s have it your way, right away, mass customization, not mass production. India and China are built for mass production.” A new engineering team was developed to focus on customized product consultation, design and development.
