New HMI Device, RTStation™, Empowers Users on the Shop Floor

IQMS is pleased to announce the release of the RTStation™, latest development in a line of MES applications that push the boundaries of shop floor control. The RTStation devices are designed to empower plant floor operators with immediate access to both ERP and MES data via a rugged, inexpensive device that replaces tablets and centralized computers on the shop floor.

Attached to a manufacturing work center, the RTStation™ graphically displays machine monitoring details (such as part counts, cycle speeds and other machine processes) in real time, as well as allows operators to print work orders, log rejects for production reporting, display job set-up information and other documents, perform SPC inspections, scan barcodes, print labels, clock in/out of jobs and so much more...Learn more about the new RTStation™.
