Gary Nemmers, President & Chief Executive Officer, Board Member
Gary joined IQMS from HighJump Software where he was Chief Operating Officer/GM responsible for all operations pertaining to the supply chain solutions group, including strategy, general management, sales, professional services, support and marketing. Before HighJump, Nemmers held an SVP position at Infor Global Solutions where he led all operations for the manufacturing group that included all process and discrete manufacturing software products. Prior to Infor, he was the CEO of DataTrend Information Systems where he grew the startup to over $50M in annual revenue in less than 4 years. He holds a B.A. in Behavioral Psychology and an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago.
Matt Ouska, Chief Financial Officer
Matt is a software executive with deep expertise in growing and scaling software companies. Over his career Matt has provided financial leadership to both hyper-growth SaaS startup technology companies and larger later stage enterprise software companies. He has been successful in growing businesses organically and has helped organizations raise and manage venture capital and growth equity. Prior to IQMS Matt was CFO at LeadPages one of the fastest growing digital marketing lead generation solutions in the industry. Matt is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Steve Bieszczat, Chief Marketing Officer
Steve is responsible for all aspects of IQMS' brand management, demand generation and product marketing. Prior to IQMS, Steve held senior marketing roles at ERP companies Epicor, Activant and CCI-Triad. Steve holds an engineering degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Rockhurst.
Dan Radunz, Chief Technology Officer
Dan Radunz oversees IQMS's worldwide product development group supporting IQMS's entire Manufacturing ERP and MES software portfolio. He joined the company as CTO in January 2016, and has more than 25 years of experience using technology to deliver innovative software solutions. Just prior to joining IQMS in 2016 Dan was the CTO for HighJump Software running its product strategy and development groups. Prior to that, he was the vice president of Network Operations Center for Wireless Ronin Technologies where he managed Wireless Ronin’s 24x7 support group and data center. Mr. Radunz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an area of emphasis in management of information systems and a minor in computer science from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management
Shannon Holloway, Senior Vice President of Support & Architecture
Shannon directs the global support services of IQMS, and plays an integral role in defining the overall direction and design of the EnterpriseIQ suite of products. Joining IQMS in 1994, she has 20+ years’ of experience in ERP and MES software, and leadership roles in technical support, product training and quality assurance. Shannon brings an in-depth understanding of the IQMS product suite and what it takes to be a best in class technical support organization. Her aptitude and drive continues to push IQMS forward as a strategic player in the enterprise market.
Cheri Williams, Senior Vice President of Professional Services
Cheri brings nearly three decades of experience in enterprise software, professional services, education, management consulting, and executive leadership. She leverages this expertise to grow IQMS’s team of experts, implementation services, education programs, and training aimed at empowering customers to optimize their operations using IQMS manufacturing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. She earned a B.A. in economics at Wells College.
Steve Modrall, Senior Vice President of Sales
With an extensive background in software sales, Steve Modrall is the driving force behind the IQMS Sales team. Steve joined IQMS in 2007. His consistent performance as top sales person of the year quickly escalated him into Senior Sales Executive, Regional Sales Director, VP of Sales, and his current position, Senior VP of Sales. Prior to joining IQMS Steve held series of progressively responsible direct sales, sales management and channel management positions, at Powerway, a SaaS business solution for supply chain management, driving the company to achieve ten-fold revenue growth. Steve has a BS in marketing from Marian University.
Gary Gross, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Channel Operations
Gary brings a proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales execution models and channels growth to IQMS. He is the driving force behind our sales model which has been recognized as a differentiator for our sales teams by prospects, customers and industry analysts. Gary has industry expertise in various Manufacturing Methodologies and End-to-End Supply Chain Orchestration. Gary joined IQMS from HighJump Software where he was SVP of Sales Operations. Prior to that, he was one of the Industry Directors for Infor and Lawson Software. Gary graduated from Cleveland State University with a focus on Accounting and Computer Science. The blend of professional background, industrial and service sector experience makes him unique in addressing business challenges, developing innovative solutions and driving results.

Randy Flamm, Founder and Chairman of the Board
Randy founded IQMS in 1989. Prior to IQMS, Randy held various technical positions at California manufacturing facilities such as GE Plastics.
Jake Reynolds, General Partner TCV
Jake joined TCV in 1997 and has been a venture capital and technology investor for over 20 years. While Jake has investment experience in multiple technology sectors, his primary focus has been in the software and technology enabled services industries. In addition to Jake’s investment activity, he is also a member of TCV’s Executive Committee which has oversight for the general management of the Firm and its funds.
Kapil Venkatachalam, General Partner TCV
Kapil joined TCV in 2006 and has well over a decade of technology, finance, and investment experience. He spends time primarily in the software and business services space. Kapil’s areas of focus include IT security, analytics and vertical specific companies.
Prior to TCV, Kapil was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York where he worked with companies in the software, IT services, and communications sectors on a variety of strategic advisory assignments, financing and M&A transactions. He also worked in the Office of the Chief Information Officer at Goldman Sachs on various strategic projects, including private technology company investing. In that capacity, he advised the firm’s clients on various technology and IT spending trends.
Stephen Davis, Partner, Banneker Partners
Stephen Davis is a Partner at Banneker Partners and has been an active investor in technology companies since 2000. Banneker Partners focuses on making investments in software, Internet/digital media and business services companies. Prior to Banneker Partners, Stephen co-founded Vista Equity Partners, was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston and practiced mergers and acquisitions and securities law in New York with Debevoise & Plimpton and Kirkland & Ellis.
