IQMS is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to fill a position in our IT department. Exceptional candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within the organization and between organizations. We provide extensive training on our EnterpriseIQ ERP software to insure our team provides the best service to our internal customers as well as external customers. The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users (staff, clients, customers, suppliers, etc). This position requires troubleshooting for all IT-related issues.
Required proficiencies:
- BS in Computer Science or 6 years related experience
- Windows workstation and server versions from 2000, 2003, 2008, XP, Vista, and Win7

This is a full-time position based at our Paso Robles headquarters.
The IQMS Professional Services Group
works with IQMS clients in the successful and timely implementation
of our EnterpriseIQ ERP software at clients' sites.
We are looking for enthusiastic, professional individuals
who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are self-motivated and
show leadership. In this position, you will be responsible for providing
a consultative approach to the timely implementation of EnterpriseIQ
Software. Duties will include:
Analysis of clients' business requirements and
objectives, and working with them to meet those objectives
- Assessment of clients' needs for software training and implementation
services
- Application configuration, implementation and data conversion
- Train end-users in application use and/or configuration
- Assistance to clients in application testing and rollout
- Recommendations of business process improvements
- Analysis and specification of application enhancements
Background/Skills
- Strong Accounting experience preferred
- Strong Manufacturing experience preferred
- Hands-on implementation experience required
- Working knowledge of EDI formats
- Experience implementing or working with ERP systems (EnterpriseIQ
experience a plus)
- Strong problem solving ability
- Training and customer service skills
- Familiarity with large database programs
- Consulting experience in a technology field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EnterpriseIQ ERP System
- Experience with manufacturing systems
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports report writing
- APICS certification
Must demonstrate excellent organization, communication and interpersonal
skills as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information
to others. This position will require approximately 80% travel.

We provide extensive training on our EnterpriseIQ ERP software to insure our support team provides the best service to our customers. Support Team Members’ responsibilities include receiving and resolving incoming customer questions and problems via phone and e-mail, escalating higher level customer issues to the appropriate personnel, and maintaining customer relationship management software. Support Specialist Requirements
- A solid understanding of Windows' desktop applications is required.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems is required.
- Previous successful telephone customer service/support is valued.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with customers and associates including management.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Able to respond to common inquiries, technical questions, or complaints.
- Understanding of Manufacturing, including Bill of Materials, Work Orders, and Material Requirements Planning is valued.
- Understanding of Distribution, including Inventory Management, Sales Orders, shipping, purchasing, receiving is a plus.
