The IQMS Inside Sales Specialist develops sales prospects for proprietary midrange ERP software (EnterpriseIQ) to mid-management and C-level executives at manufacturing companies.
This position calls for excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, strong sales experience and a sound knowledge of both manufacturing and accounting. This position also calls for the ability to communicate complex technical information to others.
Requirements include:
- Technical sales and mid-range ERP software sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with accounting, manufacturing operations
- Proficiency with sales tracking software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Initiates communication with potential customers by telephone and e-mail
- Generates and qualifies new leads
- Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Builds and maintains prospect relationships
- Enters prospective customer data and other sales data for current customers into proprietary software database
- Prepares reports from proprietary software database
- Works with inside and outside sales team
- Other responsibilities as assigned

- Excellent written and spoken Dutch, English and Swedish – Additional Western European language would be of benefit

Job Responsibilities include:

The IQMS Receptionist, Rolling Meadows office, is responsible for meeting incoming customers, answering questions via phone and redirecting calls.
This position calls for strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements include:
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Working knowledge of business information systems
- Familiarity with accounting, manufacturing operations preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Job Responsibilities include:
- Communicates with internal personnel and existing customers by telephone and e-mail
- Answers questions about organization, opportunities, and other related information
- Welcomes on-site visitors
- Receives, sorts and routes mail
- Enters data into proprietary software database
- Prepares reports from proprietary software database
- Works with inside and outside sales team, training team and others as required
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, including filing, copying and collating training materials

This is a full-time salaried position based in the Rolling Meadows office, reporting to the Professional Services Manager.
Software Implementation Consultants are responsible for providing a consultative approach to the successful and timely implementation of EnterpriseIQ ERP software at manufacturing clients' sites throughout North America. These positions are based locally throughout the United States.
Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to others. This position requires successful completion of the IQMS-provided product-specific training and testing program.
Duties include:
- Analysis of clients' business requirements and objectives and working with them to meet those objectives
- Assess clients' needs for software training and implementation services
- Application configuration, implementation and data conversion
- Train users in application use and/or configuration
- Assist clients in application testing and rollout
- Recommend business process improvements
- Analyze and specify application enhancements
Background/Skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments required
- Hands-on implementation experience required
- Experience implementing or utilizing ERP systems required
- EnterpriseIQ experience preferred
- Strong problem solving ability
- Training and customer service skills
- Familiarity with large database programs
- Consulting experience in a technology field
- Strong accounting experience preferred
- Strong manufacturing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of EDI formats preferred
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports writing preferred
- APICS certification preferred
Multi-lingual capabilities, especially Spanish, a plus.
This position requires approximately 80% travel.
Excellent time management, leadership and teamwork skills are also required.
